Being based in Chesterfield means an engineer site visit can often be carried out on the same day.
WE DO NOT charge an hourly rate!! We charge a set fee for the engineer time according to the model of printer. And it doesn't matter whether the engineer works on your printer for an hour or all day, if he can repair it within the initial visit, all you pay is the agreed set fee.
If the printer requires any additional work or parts the engineer will advise of any additional cost, and will only continue if authorised, leaving you in total control of a repair cost.
An AdHoc Workshop Repair works in the same method as a site visit repair.
The only differences are that you bring your printer to us, and in return we reduce the charge for the engineers' time.

All repairs are fully guaranteed for 12 months.
In the case of a printer failing due to product or services supplied by ourselves, our own engineers will correct the failure FOC.
All work carried out is thoroughly documented in an engineer report, and a copy of the report is left with the printer enabling you to build a service history for the printer.
